Yes You Can Lose Weight Without Dieting!

Get Paid To Exercise

Can you really lose weight without going on a diet?

Talk to your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

Yes, you really can lose weight without going on a diet! All you have to do it follow the rules below, and believe me you will lose weight. My cousin lost over 75 pounds on this plan. I went from a size 10 to a size 6, and have maintained that weight loss for over 2 years.

.Rule Number 1- Eat 2 cups of "Fiber One Honey Clusters" for breakfast. Eat it with a 1/2 cup of 2% milk and one tablespoon of sugar. Sugar is optional. Eat this EVERYDAY!

Rule Number 2- Eat a huge lunch everyday. Within one hour eat what you want, as much as you want, make sure to get full! Make sure to have a small dessert too! One slice of cake or pie, one scoop of ice cream would qualify as a small dessert.

Rule Number 3- No eating after 4pm! You will get used to it, believe me, and you will sleep much better.

Rule Number 4- Throughout the day snack on 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. A serving is 1/2 cup, so it is not as difficult as it may seem at first. I cut up everything and put it in the refrigerator so it is handy to snack on whenever I feel like it. If the fruit is a bit sour, you can put Truvia sweetener on it.

Rule Number 5-Drink eight 8 oz glasses of water a day. Get a 64oz mug, fill it up with ice and water, sip through out the day.

Rule Number 6- No soda! Not even diet soda!

Rule Number 7- No artificial sweeteners, except Truvia!

PLEASE NOTE- If you are diabetic, this may not be the best plan for you. Please talk to your doctor before starting any diet. You will lose weight SLOWLY on this plan. For some it is only a pound a week, for others it is two pounds a week. The slower you lose weight the better, because that weight it going to stay off for good. Remember this is not a diet, this is a plan to change your habits.

Yes, losing weight is simply a matter of changing your habits.

Once you hit your goal weight you can eat how you want 2 days a week, the rest of the time apply the rules. Actually, I eat however I want 4 days a week and apply the rules 3 days, and I am able to maintain my weight. Everyone is a bit different, once you start living by the rules, you will know just how strict you have to be with yourself to maintain your weight loss.

As for exercise, just MOVE! Clean the house, take the dog for a walk, get away from TV and the computer! Losing weight is not all that difficult, you just have to change your habits and you will have a long and healthy life, lived to its full potential.

YES, you can do it!

Do you think diets really work?

  • No! I have tried diet after diet, and I just can't stick to it.

  • NO! I have stopped going on diets.

  • Yes! Diets really do work.

  • Yes, diets work but they are difficult to live with.

  • Yes, I lost weight on a diet, only to regain it again.

  • None of the above apply to me.

Sounds pretty sensible

Thank you Vrajavala! The Fiber One cereal and fruits and vegetables makes it a healthier way to eat. You really cannot eat too many fruits and veggies.

I could follow this plan except for the tablespoon of sugar on the cereal. Being a diabetic, I can't eat that much sugar at one time. Maybe a teaspoonful. The fiber would definitely make a difference.

Also, we're not allowed to eat or drink at work in the lab all day, so it's always been difficult to get enough fluids. I get one maybe two bathroom breaks during the day and one 30 min. meal period and I try to drink as much as I can then, but difficult to do.

no food after 4pm! yikes!

Well, I'll give it a try. I know someone who did this kind of thing and lost 50 lbs. So, i know it works.

Thanks for the tips. I'll add the link tonight.

It sounds to be more than I eat in a normal day...but I do eat after 16.00, maybe that is my problem. I may give this a try. Thank You.

Hello AustinStar!

Sugar is optional, I should have put that in there right away. I started out eating the sugar, but switched to Truvia because I like it so much better.

I can see your problem with your work schedule and eating before 4pm. Actually, that is the biggest weight loss factor of this plan. Its hard to eat decent at work too, unless you have an hour lunch break.

Maybe you could eat your fruits and veggies on your break, then when you get home, eat as soon as possible. If you can eat at least 4 hours before you go to bed, you should still lose weight. And being diabetic, you know you can't go overboard with the carbs at your big meal.

As for water, You could drink a glass before going to work, one glass at lunch and then another glass for each break. Thats already 4 glasses of water! When you get home, have another glass. Then you only have three glasses to go. Sometimes you have to work your way up to eight glasses of water a day too. It does take some getting used to.

Most of the time you just have to plan ahead. You have to put yourself first.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. I hope this works out for you.

Hey Dreamreachout!

Thank you for stopping by, I appreciate it!

Friday I am going to write a hub for you and AustinStar and for all those others who cannot eat a big lunch due to their schedules.

I called a few girls I know on day shift who had lost a lot of weight, to see how they did it.

Well, well, I found out about a great weight loss plan that allows you to eat as much as you want, whatever you want....no matter what time of the day. Now, thats the diet for me! LOL!

Thanks Papernotes!

Hi Peter! Not eating after 4pm will make a big difference. My weight just melts off like butter with that one rule alone. I think you sleep better because your body is not digesting food. Thanks so much for stopping by, I am going to check out your hubs too.

i JUST THINK THAT if you don't want to be fat then stop eating after 6 pm. and eat more fruits and vegetables. ;) http://www.cigs4girls.com/

Thanks.

eating dessert EVERY day is probably not a good idea, even if you lose weight eating it. there are so many healthier ways to spend your calories. check mypyramid.gov.

blake4d 19 months ago from Now Rising Out of Phoenix Arizona Earthlings

Okay Magnoliazz the jig is up. First of all...

Rule Number 1- How much is Honey Clusters paying you for this endorsement? Hmmmm....Eat this EVERYDAY! Hmmmm....

Secondly

Rule Number 2- I eat a huge breakfast everyday. But almost never eat lunch, and I do eat anything my little heart desires. Piggy piggy...that I can be in the morning.

Rule Number 3- Well my sleep schedule is a bit awack sometimes, but if I dont eat anything after 4pm, I will end up eating you ( and after which I will literally gobble you for a snack LOL ).

Rule Number 4- I agree with this on very much, maybe some milk with it for me.

Rule Number 5- More water yes, a bit of tea thrown in for caffine.

Rule Number 6- Tea brewed , never soda. I agree.

Rule Number 7- No artificial sweeteners, the key to health indeed.

Okay so except for the morning lunch thing I have pretty much used this diet by personal choice since my twenties. So I guess I dont need to diet. But I am gonna try not eating at the 4pm hour, and see if I waste away. But be warned I will be at your farm gates to eat you if I get hungry enough. Diets dont say anything about eating Goat girls. Baa baa bad girls diet, good girls get gobbled up.

Snuggle the goats for me. KOH. Blake4d

magnoliazz 19 months ago from WisconsinHub Author

Thanks for stopping by Blake4d! LOL...I'm happy you approve of this diet. However, I would advise against eating goat girls. If you are going to eat a female human, you probably want something that is young,(under 20 years of age), succulent and juicy, otherwise whats the point? Goat girls are generally tough and grisly, all those goat chores take their toll you know.

Sorry I did not see you there sooner, I was down in Madison for the last week, total craziness!

dreamreachout 19 months ago

Magzz, this Blake is a thing!! Lol!!

magnoliazz 19 months ago from WisconsinHub Author

LOL...yes, i agree with you Dreamreachout! Blake has a wicked sense of humor, I love it, he is such a character, he always makes me smile.

Actually, we had a guy from here in the 50s who killed women and ate their livers! His name was Ed Gein and he was the guy Psycho was based on. People still talk about it to this day, 60 years later.

blake4d 19 months ago from Now Rising Out of Phoenix Arizona Earthlings

Whom is this Blake that you speak of?

KOH Blake4d

dreamreachout 19 months ago

We are speaking of Blake Hall, a writer, poet, intellectual and representative of the Almighty on Earth!! He happens to be a good friend of ours!!

Cheers!!

magnoliazz 19 months ago from WisconsinHub Author

Best poet on Hubpages, and potential goat farmer too!! LOL...a man of many talents.

dreamreachout 19 months ago

Yes, he has been after your goats for pretty long time now!! Lol!!

Deneiro 6 months ago

Great advise but i was wondering can i drink juice and sport drinks on the program

Vaihan 3 months ago

Hey I was just wondering am I able to drink anything I want with rule number 2 for this diet or is it only food?

magnoliazz 3 months ago from WisconsinHub Author

Vaihan ~~

Thanks for your comment.

Yes, you can drink what you want and be in compliance with rule number two, just make sure you eat enough food to really be full.

This really does work if you stick to it.

Whenever I gain over 8 pounds, I go on this diet for a few days and the weight just melts away.

I keep the weight off by never eating at night. For me that puts the weight on real fast.

Good Luck and congrats and doing something great for your health. Keeping a healthy weight is the first step to a long, productive life.
